Exhibition Booth Projects and How We Work
EIKOU has delivered exhibition booths at Tokyo Big Sight, Makuhari Messe, Pacifico Yokohama and other major venues across Japan.
Each project begins with understanding your exhibiting goals and target audience. From there we handle booth design and 3D visualisation, layout planning around visitor flow, in-house fabrication of fixtures and structures, on-site installation, support throughout the show, and dismantling.
Builds using steel or aluminium framing come with structural calculations and third-party safety verification.
Our team works in Japanese, Chinese and English. For companies exhibiting in Japan for the first time, we handle venue regulations, administrative paperwork and on-site coordination on your behalf — no local office required.
